Management Services

All residents at The Wenlock Building will benefit from a 16 hour concierge service run by a dedicated team of staff. Services offered will be:

  • Meet and greet residents and guests
  • Assist residents with their luggage, shopping etc. sign for, hold and deliver parcels when required or instructed
  • Arrange dry cleaning, laundry, shoe repair and cleaning services (at extra cost)
  • Retain a directory of local services and amenities including taxis, health services, restaurants etc.

London Residential Management (LRM) has been appointed as the managing agents for The Wenlock Building.

LRM are a specialist residential block and estate management company based in the West End of London. The team has extensive residential property and financial management experience and firmly believe that property management should be customer focused.

The Wenlock Building will benefit from a controlled CCTV network which will be monitored at certain times by the on site staff and backed up by an external maintenance company.

All staff will have extensive knowledge of the building operations and their presence on site will provide an extra element of security to residents.
